PROGRAM

EVALUATION

Haynes Evaluation performs all aspects of external program evaluation and assessment. We specialize in grant-funded programs in higher education for broadening participation in STEM, faculty development, cultural responsiveness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and institutional change. We work often but not exclusively, with Hispanic Serving Institutions and other Minority Serving Institutions to promote equitable access to grant funds and improve student outcomes through grant-funded programming.

About Us

Haynes Evaluation consultants are committed to the field of evaluation and to research in education that seeks to expand access, increase retention, and improve the climate for students and faculty, especially those who are under-represented in their fields. The practice of evaluation that produces evidence-based evaluative judgments is paramount to the future of programs seeking to provide social justice and expand knowledge through research.

Testimonials

"I have worked with Gabbi Hanes since a 2019 mentorship Workshop to develop proposals for NSF.

Shortly after, thanks to her valuable suggestions and brainstorming, I was awarded a three year MSEIP grant of approximately $500,000 that will help our institution develop new partnerships and participate in workshops conducted by prestigious speakers from great institutions here and abroad.

She is our principal evaluator and has been instrumental from the proposal preparation to the project implementation of the activities.

"I am happy to recommend her as an excellent  and attentive external evaluator that is a necessary asset in every successful project."
